What do you buy?
Single-family homes across Arizona and New Mexico, plus RV and mobile-home parks across the Western US. Any condition works: distressed, dated, occupied, or turnkey.
Do you work with wholesalers and agents?
Yes. We’re an end cash buyer, not another wholesaler. Bring us a deal and you get a straight yes or no, usually within 24 hours, so you can move it fast.
How fast can you close?
As few as 7 days on cash deals, and we close on the date you need. We buy with our own funds, so there’s no lender to slow it down or fall through.
Will you show proof of funds?
Yes, up front and on request. You’ll know the deal is real before you commit anything.
What price range do you buy in?
Most deals land in the $100K to $500K range. If it pencils, we’ll look at it, so send it either way.
Are there any fees or commissions?
None. We cover closing costs and there are no agent commissions. What we agree on is what you get.
Do you buy outside Arizona and New Mexico?
For homes, no, we stay in Arizona and New Mexico. For RV and mobile-home parks, yes, we buy across the Western US.
